Building for Growth: LO Cheer Co. Breaks Ground on New Facility in Putnam County

Landmark Construction is proud to partner with LO Cheer Co. on the construction of their new, expanded facility in Putnam County, located just behind Surcheros Fresh Mex on Highway 44.

This new building will be four times the size of their current space, designed to support the rapid growth of the program and better serve athletes from across Greene, Putnam, and Morgan Counties. With a two-floor layout and significantly increased training space, the facility is being built to meet both current demand and future growth.

Founded in 2023, LO Cheer Co. is led by Ansley Lee, a former University of Georgia cheerleader and local attorney with the Law Office of Russell Wall, alongside co-founders Ashley Silver and Brandon Lee. Their mission goes beyond athletics - focusing on building confidence, discipline, and strong character through cheer.

“With the growth we’re seeing in this area, the need for more space has been clear,” said Lee. “This new facility will allow us to expand our programs and better support our athletes at every level.”

LO Cheer Co. offers a wide range of programming, including competitive cheer teams, tumbling, private lessons, and event hosting. The new facility will enhance each of these offerings while creating a space that reflects the energy and commitment of the athletes it serves.

At Landmark, we’re committed to building spaces that strengthen the communities around them. Projects like this are especially meaningful - creating opportunities for young athletes while supporting the continued growth of the Lake Oconee area.

We look forward to bringing this project to life and celebrating alongside LO Cheer Co. at their grand opening later this year.
